mountain, which averages the most annual snowfall of any U.S. ski resort.

7. NORTH CASCADES NATIONAL PARK:

Grab your pair of binoculars and join other bird-

watching enthusiasts in the wilderness.

8. GLACIER CREEK:

Purchase a Sno-Park permit and join the serious snowmobiling fun.

9. BAKER LAKE:

On a sunny day, take a leisurely swim or go boating on this lake in Mount

Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

10. GRAHAM’S RESTAURANT:

Do as the locals do and catch resident artists perform

every other Thursday at this eatery in Glacier.
