online Resort Accommodations
Certificate process easier to
navigate.We took notice and made
some changes — for the better!
Now, when you sign in to
IntervalWorld.com, and go to
My Units under the Exchange tab,
if you have certificates available
for use, you’ll see a prominent
My Certificates display on the
right side of the page. Click View
Certificates to see the details,
including eligible travel and
expiration dates, and unit sizes.
When you’re ready to use one,
simply click the Redeem button
next to the certificate, and in the
following all-new interface, enter
your preferred travel month, and
select up to six destinations of
your choice. Click Search and see
what’s available. Like what you
find? Click Exchange next to the
resort you’d like to visit, and get
ready to start packing!

What is a Resort Accommodations Certificate? It is your ticket to a
one-week stay at a fabulous resort.
How do I get one (or more)? Through exchange, deposit, and Getaway
promotions; new owner programs; and drawings (such as when you fill
out a Vacation Evaluation form; see facing page for more on the latter). At
times, you may even find a certificate in your account.
How do I use it? Just like you would use a deposited week. Search for an
exchange among the available destinations, and if you find what you want,
you can redeem it on the spot. Keep in mind, inventory changes often, so if
you don’t see what you want immediately, just check back.
Why should I care? Simply put, it is an extra vacation! You don’t give up
your week or any of your points. Your only responsibilities are payment of a
