1. BRIMSTONE HILL FORTRESS:

Tour the exquisitely preserved

fort — construction began in the late 17th century — and delve

into St. Kitts’ past at this UNESCO World Heritage site.

2. COCKLESHELL BEACH:

Snorkel, dine along the waterfront, enjoy live music at

the Reggae Beach Bar, and take in the views of Nevis, at this spot on St. Kitts’

southern tip.

3. MOUNT LIAMUIGA:

You can visit the volcano on your own, or take a guided hike

with Greg’s Safaris to the crater’s rim for breathtaking views across St. Kitts and

beyond.

4. ACCRA BEACH:

Just south of Barbados’ capital, Bridgetown, you’ll find plenty of

soft sand for tanning, calm waters for bathing, shade for intermittent breaks, and a

pleasant boardwalk to stroll along.

5. BARBADOS WILDLIFE RESERVE:

Bring your sense of adventure, as many of the

denizens that call this wooded reserve home are free to wander and interact with

guests as they please.

6. SOUP BOWL:

World-class surfing in the Caribbean? Yes! Whether you already know

your way around a long board, or always wanted to learn how to hang 10, this break

in Bathsheba, Barbados, is the place to be.

7. THE PITONS:

St. Lucia’s most recognizable features are simply spectacular.Visit the

unique drive-in volcano, then stop for a hike through the rain forest.

8. GROS ISLET STREET PARTY:

Every Friday evening, St. Lucia’s streets come alive

with island music and dancing. Street vendors offering local food specialties will keep

you energized until the wee hours.

9. DEVIL’S BRIDGE:

This stunning limestone arch in Antigua’s Indian Town National

Park is an awe-inspiring example of the ocean’s power. Natural blowholes periodically

blast seawater high into the sky, making for an impressive spectacle.

10. NELSON’S DOCKYARD NATIONAL PARK:

The world’s only functioning Georgian-

era shipyard, this onetime British Navy stronghold offers visitors to Antigua a wealth of

history along with stunning nature trails, restaurants, and shops.

Nevis:

St. Kitts’ sister island is easily accessible via ferry

from Basseterre to Charlestown. Highlights include the Old

Bath House, the Botanical Gardens of Nevis, and the 17th-
