Compared to Southeast Asian hotspots like Phuket
and Bali that have basked in their popularity with
vacationers for decades, Vietnam is somewhat of a
late bloomer. But in the past five years, the country
at the geographical center of the region finally made
a grand entrance — with an economy growing at
a whopping 6.6 percent per year, an increasingly
affluent middle class (expected to double by 2020),
and an enviable tourist infrastructure already in place.
And as the timeshare industry is finding its footing
with a domestic market unfamiliar with the product,
prospects couldn’t be brighter for savvy shared
ownership companies such as
LiV Resorts
