Larry Law, who emigrated from Hong Kong to Canada in 1984, knew he had
stumbled upon a setting like none other when he arrived in Collingwood, Ontario, in
1992. Set on the shores of Georgian Bay, the community boasts some of Canada’s
most picturesque countryside. Enveloped by the glorious Niagara Escarpment, a
UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, the area is a 90-minute drive north of Toronto,
