timesharemarket is
promising.

The country boasts a well-established US$238 million
vacation ownership industry spanning more than 30 years,
and comprising approximately 140 resorts with an esti-
mated half-million owners (including those with points
products), says Dirk Wilson, Interval International resort
sales and service business development manager for
Central and Southern Africa.
“A number of our affiliates in active sales have been
posting impressive year-over-year new-member figures
for the past three years, and our key sold-out resorts
have strong resale figures. Both of these indicate healthy
