WHERE IN THE WORLD? CONTEST
Interval World
P.O. Box 431920
Miami, FL 33243-1920
Attention: Leah Schwartz
n
Located in the center of an island, this formation resulted from a volcanic eruption that occurred about 4.5
million years ago. While it is not the highest point on the island, it is one of the largest freestanding rocks in the
world. Visitors can walk right up to it, but climbing gear is needed to walk around it.
n
The structure is a protected natural monument. The area’s ancient inhabitants, called Guanches, worshipped
their sun god here.
n
It has a name inspired by the clouds that often shroud its presence. On a clear day, a hike to this spot offers
panoramic views of the island’s rugged landscape. Visitors may even catch a glimpse of the endangered
ravens that nest along the sea cliffs.
RULES: Entrants must be active members of Interval International. Employees of Interval International, its subsidiaries, parent companies, and
affiliates, and the families of each are not eligible to participate. More than one entry per member family is prohibited. Entries must be postmarked
no later than August 1, 2017. Winners will be the first 10 correct answers selected in a random drawing. No purchase is necessary. There is no cash
equivalent to the prizes.
We have 10 travel plug adapters with USB chargers to give away to lucky
